Overview

Each year From July to mid October the Masai mara welcomes the Great Migration of thousands of wildebeest and zebra from the Serengeti in Tanzania to Masai Mara in Kenya. During the wildebeest migration, you will witness how the constant battle for survival makes the Migration Season a particularly exhilarating time to visit The Masai mara.

The Mara River crossing activity is considered the climax of the migration period. Mara River crossing is an event that will take you through a range of emotions: anticipation, heartache, inspiration, excitement and so much more. The sheer sight of the first herds of animals rushing into the crocodile-infested river will make you long for this wildebeest migration every year.

Itinerary

Pick up from airport or your hotel at 8.00am and depart from Nairobi to Maasai Mara Game Reserve with a stopover at the great rift valley view point.With picnic lunch on the way you arrive masai mara in the afternoon. Proceed for evening game drive dinner and overnight at lodge or camp within Masai mara

After early breakfast with picnic lunch you spent full day exploring this unique park which really forms the northern part of the famous Serengeti National Park.You have the chance to visit Mara river the boarder of Masai mara and the famouse Serengeti park where there is concentration of many animals especially the time you will be travelling. All meals and overnight at Lodge or camp within Masai mara

After early breakfast with picnic lunch you spent full day exploring the masai mara for more chance to see plenty of migrtating animals as well as a host of other local animals that call the Mara their home. All meals and overnight at Lodge or camp within Masai mara

Pre-early game drive then after late breakfast depart to Nakuru national park with picnic lunch on the way arriving early evening if time allows proceed for evening game drive at Lake Nakuru. Dinner and overnight at a Hotel within Lake Nakuru

After early breakfast spend the morning in Nakuru park where you see a lot of flamingoes among other birds about 350 species recorded.This is also home to the black and the white rhinoceros. The park has also been established for the protection of endangered species such as the Rhino and also home to Colubus monkeys. leopards, giraffes, and a variety of plain antelopes. Later depart to Nairobi in time for your international flight
